Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up from our Toowoomba, QLD location. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post for pieces under 70cm square with free shipping. Delivery is generally expected within 2-7 days. You will be provided an Australia Post Tracking Number to track your shipment.

For pieces larger than 70cm square, we will provide a shipping quote through Pack and Send. In addition to the quote we will confirm expected delivery times for shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We do not offer International Shipping

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
