Refund policy

We regret to say we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. To ensure you are happy with a piece prior to purchase we invite you to contact us via our contact page to book a time to come and view the piece in person prior to purchase. If viewing in person is not possible, we would be glad to share additional images and video with you to help you make your decision. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us via the contact form on our contact page. We will likely request photos of the damaged packaging and damaged piece in order to process the claim with our shipping provider.

Refunds
If a refund is required we will request that you return to us the piece in question for inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your purchase price and cost of return shipping on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the contact form on our contact page.
