Don’t worry, it happens sometimes. You can cancel or change your order at any point before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped you can no longer make changes or cancellations. If you wish to change or cancel your order, let us know within 24 hours of placing it by emailing sales@dianeelsden.com.au with the subject line: Please cancel/change my order.

We aim to process and ship orders within 3 days of purchase. Delivery times depend on your location.

Don’t worry; we’re just as upset as you are! If your order arrives damaged, let us know straight away and we will arrange to have the item shipped back to us with a full refund to you.

If your item is damaged we offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. We will fix the damage if possible and then resend it to you. If the damage cannot be fixed, we will offer a full refund.

We will post your artwork to the address supplied in the ‘shipping address’ section of the secure order form. Please note that if it is being sent to an international address import duties may apply and you will have to pay shipping costs.

This type of frame is made using 4 strips of a light-weight wood. The frame is made to the dimensions of your painting. Your artwork is stretched over the frame and will be the same dimensions as advertised.

Most original Diane Elsden paintings will come stretched and framed and will be sent to you at no additional cost. This will be indicated on the product page.

Buying a piece of artwork is a very personal matter. It is important to us that any artwork that you buy is something you will enjoy. Though we take every step to ensure our artwork images have the exact likeness to the paintings, we understand it is not always the case and images are not the same as viewing the artwork in person.

Our guarantee is that we will fully refund the cost of the artwork if you decide not to keep it within 7 days of receiving it. Please return it to us within the 7 day period and upon receipt of the artwork we will issue you the refund. It will be necessary for you to pay the return freight only.

We expect the artwork to be returned in its original condition. It is advisable to insure the artwork to its purchase amount as it remains the property of the buyer until received safely by Diane Elsden Art.

You can view and download our images to gaze longingly at to your heart’s content. Images have been taken with the artist’s permission and they own the copyright as per the Australian Copyright Act. This means you can’t use them to make money or tell people they’re your creation. That would be naughty. No reproduction of any image shown on this site may be made for any reason whatsoever without the artist’s permission.

Copyright for all images not of artwork on this website belongs to Diane Elsden. They may not be reproduced or downloaded by anyone other than Diane Elsden for any reason whatsoever without first gaining the permission of Diane Elsden.
